About us
Dance Social Bachata Helsinki is the newest Latin Dance school and club, opened in March 2025, and we hope to be also the coolest one! 😎🪭
We focus on Bachata and other Latin American dance styles, organizing regular weekly classes, social parties and events in Helsinki – Pasila, the location with comfortable commute from any part of Helsinki.
Did you know that in Helsinki hundreds of people dance bachata every week, at tens of classes and parties? Why don’t you also join us and the community of social dancing?! 😉 Learn several basic moves, and you will be able to dance whole night!
Dance Social Bachata Helsinki strives to create a sociable atmosphere by celebrating great music, dance and by getting to know each other. Whether you would like to just try something new or wish to carve out a dance career – Dance Social Bachata Helsinki welcomes you!
We offer classes for beginners, improvers, intermediate and advanced students. All of our dance courses are run by highly trained and friendly instructors. In addition to regular dance courses, we organize various special events and social dance nights. We offer private classes which are specifically tailored for every individual.

Organize birthdays, bachelorette parties, team events or whatever you can think of at Bachata Studio Tallinn! Our studio team would be happy to help to organize a fun event for you.
The new studio (opened in Aug 2021) includes: big dance room 105 m², medium dance room 85 m², small dance room 21 m².
All the dance rooms are equipped with:

Reception / lobby area with:
- 65″ smart TV
- sofas
- tables
- tabourets
- kitchen (fridge, stove, kettle)

Shuffle Studio (3rd floor), Opastinsilta 8e, Helsinki – Pasila
Located at 400 meters from Pasila station, with train, tram and bus connections from all parts of Helsinki.
- Studio is located in Parking zone 2 with paid street parking until 21:00, 2€ per hour.
- Tripla Shopping Mall: 1st hour free; 20:00-00:00 price 0,5€ per 30 min.
- Closest free public parking is 700m (approx. 9 min walking) at Isonniitynkatu.
Wear comfortable clothes, so you could feel good and relaxed. In that way, you can focus more on dancing.
Please bring along clean and comfortable inner shoes. However, running shoes and trainers do not really slip whilst dancing, so we would not recommend wearing these.
No need to bring a partner. We will be rotating partners during the class. This way you have an opportunity to meet new people.
However, if you do have a partner, feel free to bring them along!
Definitely not! If you are a bit nervous, it is absolutely normal. The atmosphere in our studio is friendly and there is no need to worry if something is not coming out. Our instructors will help you and everyone has an opportunity to learn at their own pace according to their level. You will not even realize, once you have mastered all the steps and dance moves!

Attend any combination of dance lessons, styles, instructors as you wish (according to your dance experience/level). In case of missing your regular lesson – maybe because of your travels – attend any other suitable lesson(s) instead before or after your travel.
We ask everybody to sign up via our registration form for the trial class. This way we can ensure that the instructors are aware of the size of the group and can guide you more efficiently during the first class.
There is no age limit! Dancing is for everybody. We believe that age is just a number, so do not be afraid to sign up for a trial class.
Bachata and other Latin American dances are fun and social, where you can come with a partner or alone. You will find new friends, enjoy the music and atmosphere. Plus you develop yourself both physically and mentally, as you will be continuously learning new dance moves during the classes. Latin American dances are extremely popular all around the world, including Finland!
Yes, our instructors also hold private classes according to the needs of every student. Please contact us, so we could organize this according to your time schedule.
Yes, absolutely! Our amazing teachers can host a dance class at a birthday party or even at your bachelorette’s event. Practising Latin American dances is also really popular and engaging at corporate events. Please contact us, so we could discuss the details and arrange a fantastic party.
